Curios Creator Fund Terms

These Curios Creator Fund terms and conditions (the "Creator Fund Terms") govern your (any participating individual or entity is referred to as "you," "your," or "Creator") participation in the Curios Creator Fund Program (the "Program") on the Curios platform (the "Platform").

These Creator Fund Terms incorporate and are expressly subject to the Curios Terms of Service (including the Curios Software-as-a-Service "SAAS" Agreement), and all other Curios policies and guidelines (together, the "Policies"), as each may be updated from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Creator Fund Terms and the Policies, these Creator Fund Terms will control solely with respect to participation in the Program. Upon expiration or termination of the Program or Creator's participation, the Policies will remain in effect and continue to apply to Creator's use of the Platform.

1. Program Overview

The Curios Creator Fund Program is a performance-based incentive program designed to reward Creators who actively publish, promote, and sell their content using the Platform. Rewards may include cash payments, promotional benefits, and other incentives determined by Curios in its sole discretion.

Curios may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time, with or without notice, including changing available reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or payout frequency on a prospective basis.

2. How to Apply

To participate, you must submit a complete Program application through the Platform. Curios will evaluate applications and determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Curios may reject or revoke eligibility if:

You fail to meet the eligibility requirements (below);

Your account is suspended, terminated, or otherwise not in good standing; or

Your participation is deemed by Curios to pose reputational, legal, or compliance risk.

You represent and warrant that all information submitted is true and accurate and that you will promptly update it if it becomes inaccurate. Curios is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by any Creator.

3. Eligibility

To remain eligible for participation:

Individuals must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, D.C., or U.S. territories and be at least 18 years old (or age of majority where they live).

Entities must be incorporated or headquartered in the United States, D.C., or U.S. territories.

Your Curios account must be active, in good standing, and in compliance with the Policies.

You must have a valid linked payment account (registered to you or your entity) that is in good standing and complete all onboarding and tax documentation required by Curios (including IRS Form W-9 or equivalent).

Your submitted content must meet Curios's content quality guidelines (link to guidelines).

Employees, officers, and directors of Curios or its affiliates are not eligible. Curios reserves the right to modify eligibility requirements at any time.

4. Quality and Submission Requirements

To ensure the Program rewards meaningful and professional creative contributions, Creator acknowledges and agrees that:

Real Person / Professional Creator — You must be a real, verifiable individual or entity creating professional digital works. "Sock puppet" accounts, impersonations, and accounts without demonstrable creator identity may be disqualified.

Professional Social Media Presence — Required sharing and promotion must occur through your official, professional social media account(s) that clearly represent you and your work.

Meaningful Audience — Your social media profiles must have a meaningful number of real, human followers. Accounts with significant bot activity, suspicious engagement patterns, or other fraudulent signals may be disqualified at Curios's sole discretion.

Authentic, Human-Created Work — Content submitted must be unique, original, and creative, and must not be solely AI-generated. AI-assisted works are permitted only if the Creator has made a substantial creative contribution and retains full authorship and rights.

Mandatory Social Post Requirements — Any social post submitted to earn a reward must include, at minimum:

A tag or mention of one of Curios's official social handles,

The hashtag #GoDirectOnCurios, and

A clickable link to your published work on www.curios.com.

Curios Discretion — Curios reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or withhold rewards for any submission that:

Does not meet professional or quality standards;

Uses spammy, offensive, or inappropriate content or promotion methods;

Appears inauthentic or manipulative; or

Otherwise fails to support the purpose of the Program.

Curios's decisions on eligibility, quality, and reward allocation are final and binding.

5. Rewards & Payouts

Rewards are earned based on Creator actions that meet Curios-defined benchmarks (e.g., publishing content, generating verified sales or claims, promoting projects). Exact reward criteria and amounts are published on the Curios Creator Fund Page and may change from time to time.

All rewards are:

Conditioned on compliance with these Creator Fund Terms and the Policies;

Net of transaction fees and any applicable withholding taxes;

Based solely on Curios data, measured by Curios in its sole discretion.

Only legitimate, unique claims and purchases qualify. Curios may disqualify claims or purchases it determines are:

Artificially generated or fraudulent,

Paid, incentivized, or otherwise manipulated,

Made by the Creator themselves or their affiliates, or

In violation of these Creator Fund Terms or Platform mechanisms.

Curios may withhold or claw back rewards obtained in violation of the Program rules.

6. Payment Terms

Payment reports are issued monthly in U.S. dollars.

Funds may be withdrawn once your accrued balance meets the $50.00 USD minimum payout threshold, unless otherwise approved by Curios.

You must accept and claim payments within 30 days of transfer or the funds may be forfeited.

Curios (or its affiliates) may serve as payor and may substitute payor entities at any time.

You are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and required filings related to your participation.

Failure to maintain a valid payment account or comply with onboarding requirements may delay or prevent payment.

7. Termination

Curios may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

Breach of these Creator Fund Terms or Policies,

Failure to maintain eligibility,

Involvement in conduct that reflects negatively on Curios or its community.

If terminated for cause, you forfeit all unpaid accrued rewards. Terminated Creators may be permanently barred from re-applying.

You may withdraw from the Program at any time via the Creator Fund page. If you have a positive balance above the payout threshold, Curios will pay undisputed amounts within a reasonable time unless you were terminated for cause.

8. Confidentiality & Publicity

All reporting metrics and other non-public information shared by Curios must be kept strictly confidential.

Curios may publicize the existence of the Program and list you as a participant. You agree to clearly disclose your participation when endorsing Curios or discussing the Program on social media (e.g., with #Ad or similar disclosures, as required by law).

9. Miscellaneous

Curios may update these Creator Fund Terms at any time, with updates taking effect upon posting. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, you must stop participating.

You may not assign these Creator Fund Terms or your Program participation without Curios's consent. Curios may assign these Terms without notice.
