How you get paid
The price you set is the price you earn. Curios adds checkout fees on top of your list price, so the buyer pays them, not you.
Buyers pay the checkout fees
Payment processing, order processing and content delivery are added at checkout. Buyers also pay any sales tax and, for physical products, shipping.
Monthly automatic payouts
Your earnings are paid out automatically once a month. Plus and Pro move to weekly payouts, and Pro can choose daily.
Affiliate sales
If you run an affiliate program, you choose the commission and any buyer discount. Curios's platform fee on affiliate sales is 10% on Lite (7% on Plus, 5% on Pro).
Payment processing, taxes, shipping, affiliate commissions and other fees apply per sale.

Questions about Lite
Do I really keep 100% of my price on Lite?
Yes. Your list price is what you earn. Checkout fees are added on top and paid by the buyer, along with any sales tax and shipping. If an affiliate refers the sale, their commission, any buyer discount you offer and the 10% affiliate platform fee come out of that sale.
How is Lite different from the free Trial?
On Trial you keep 100% of only your first 25 sales, then pay 15% + $0.25 per sale. Lite keeps you at 100% on every sale, raises claims from 25 total to 500 a month, gives you 10x the audio storage and 25x the video storage, unlocks all integrations, and makes you eligible for recommendations.
Why does Lite cost $9 a month?
Your subscription goes a long way toward supporting Curios. It's what lets us keep offering a free plan, while giving you a direct store where you keep your full list price.
Will Lite be enough for my catalog?
For most creators, yes. Lite includes 2,500 minutes of audio (about 41 hours) and 250 minutes of video (just over 4 hours), plus 500 lead magnets a month. Creators with large audiobook or video catalogs, or who give away more than 500 a month, may need Plus.
Monthly or annual?
Lite is $9 a month, or $90 a year. Paying annually works out to $7.50 a month, which saves you $18 (two months free).
Can I keep a book private for ARC readers?
Yes. Private (unlisted) products need a paid plan, and Lite qualifies. Readers with your link can claim the book; claims count toward your 500 a month.
