You keep 100% of any sales, there is no loss which allows you to discount your offerings to make the presale appealing
Curios has instant fulfillment baked in, when your item goes live you wont have to find another service to deliver the files.
You garner the email addresses right away, so you can keep them well informed of any updates
You can schedule price changes, so the minute the item goes from Pre-Sale to live, the price can also change.
Go to studio.curios.com and log in with your email address.
Click on "Create Project" from your dashboard to start setting up your presale.
For this example we will be Preselling a book, so we will select book.
We will leave step 1 blank and hit next. These files are what are delivered at PURCHASE, by leaving these blank we ensure that no one gets early access to your files.
Hitting Next will prompt a warning, please hit continue as we do not want to have private files since this is a presale.
For the title and description be sure to clearly label that this is a Pre-Sale and include any release dates so the buyer has total clarity on what they are purchasing
Since this is a presale, here is a good chance for you to really sell your item. You can include samples of the work, videos of you explaining why this item is interesting or valuable to you.
Lastly you will want to set your price (you can select free), you'll want to specify the genre information and you can choose to save draft or review and publish
Note: Save Draft saves all your entered information and is useful if you are missing items. Review and Publish gets this Presale immediately live on the marketplace and your dedicated pages. (You can always edit anything that is live if you find a mistake
Publishing this will get the Presale live on the Curios marketplace, Next step here would be to begin promoting and letting your audience know this is available.
Hitting Save Draft allows you to make any edits or add any additional content needed.
