How to Verify Your Identity to Activate Creator Payouts

Before you can receive payouts from your sales on Curios, you'll need to verify your identity. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that helps keep the platform secure and ensures payouts can be sent to the correct person.
Follow the steps below to complete your verification.
Step 1: Sign in to Curios Studio
Go to studio.curios.com and sign in to your creator account.
Step 2: Open the Payouts Page
From your Studio dashboard, locate the Account Overview section at the top of the page.
Click the Pay Out button.
Step 3: Start Identity Verification
If your identity has not yet been verified, you'll see a Complete KYC button.
Click Complete KYC to begin the verification process.
Step 4: Complete Verification
You'll be securely redirected to our identity verification provider.
Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID
- A selfie or identity confirmation
- Additional information if required
Once you've completed all the required steps, you'll be redirected back to Curios Studio.
Step 5: Wait for Verification to Finish
Your verification is not always completed immediately.
Please allow up to 10 minutes for your KYC verification to finish.
If you're not automatically returned to Studio after completing the process, simply return to studio.curios.com in your browser and sign in again.
If your verification still hasn't completed after 10 minutes, try logging out of Studio and then logging back in.

If you're unable to complete the identity verification process for any reason, our support team can manually verify your account.
Send an email to [email protected] and include:
- The front of your government-issued photo ID
- The back of your government-issued photo ID
- A brief note requesting manual identity verification
Our support team will review your submission and respond within 2 business days.
Once You're Verified
After your identity has been successfully verified, you'll be able to request payouts to your linked bank account or PayPal account, or set up automatic weekly payouts from your Curios account.
